Harvest
Olives are hand-picked at optimal ripeness during October through January, ensuring peak flavor and polyphenol content.
Cold Press
Within four hours of harvest, olives are cold-pressed at temperatures below 27°C, preserving every nuance of flavor.
Quality Control
Each batch undergoes rigorous chemical analysis and organoleptic panel testing by certified tasters in our Jaen laboratory.
Export
Bottled under nitrogen in light-protected packaging, shipped with full documentation for seamless customs clearance.
